Products are delivered on standard business days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).Regular Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Since we freshly process our orders and send them directly, we do not offer same-day delivery service, though we do have next-day delivery options for certain products.
Please note, most orders require 1-2 business days (Mondays -Fridays excluding holidays) for delivery. Due to operation processes on the farms or warehouse, orders that are placed after hours may be updated the following day, pushing delivery back to the next shipment available.

Delivery Schedule and Terms
We operate Monday through Saturday. Orders for Saturday have an additional fee. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next business day. If an order is placed on a weekend, please allow an extra day for delivery, as Sundays are not considered business days.
Responsibility for Incorrect Contact Information
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be issued; however, we will replace the product with another of equal value.
Claims and Returns
We have a same-day arrival claim policy. This means you have the same day of receiving your item to request a claim. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the process.

Flowers
For arrangements with assorted flowers, we will use the colors shown online whenever possible. However, substitutions with flowers of equal or greater value may occur. In unique flower arrangements, like all-rose or all-lily arrangements, we will match the flower type if possible but may substitute a different color if necessary. If the container shown online is unavailable, we will use a similar container.
Specialty Gifts
Specialty gifts may be substituted with items of equal or greater value that match the theme and category.
External Delays
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to shipping company issues, inclement weather, or natural disasters.
